healthy diet.6/9/2020 According to the world health organization, a healthy diet consists of:
- my daily intake of sugar: by stopping putting sugar on my coffee (i take about 3 every day) or putting only on 1 coffee. - the type of snacks i usually eat: instead of eating chocolate, crisps, or anything similar; i'll try to eat healthier snacks. - my meal times: i think not having a sleeping schedule influences my meal times too.
