goals.6/9/2020 My physical goals are: lose thighs fat, lose weight in general and get a six pack
my nutritional goals are: eat about two or three fruits a day and replace the coffee with sugar, with coffee with milk. physical goal PLanning: currently my thighs measure 55cm. I want to make them skinner, about 53-52 cm. i'm gonna reach it by exercising 5 days a week (not only legs workout but also cardio, etc.), and also eating less and healthier. i'm gonna do this for a period of 3 months, until summer ends. Nutritional goal planning: my nutritional goal is get used to eat more fruits, about two or three a day. I also wanna strat drinking coffee with milk instead of coffee with sugar, because i drink so much coffee and this amount of sugar ain't healthy. i wanna do this until summer ends too.
